nPB, methylene chloride (DCM), trichloroethylene (TCE), tetrachloroethylene (PERC), trifluorotrichloroethane (CFC-113), a fluorine dichloroethane (HCFC-141b) and other solvent-based cleaning agent products, due to its non-flash point, non-flammable, strong solvency capacity, but also has a low cost, and therefore highly favored and occupy the ultrasonic cleaning dominant position. However, these cleaning agents are ODS substances, with a certain ODP value (ozone depletion potential) and a high GWP value (global warming potential), which have a destructive effect on the ozone layer, and are non-environmentally friendly cleaning agents, which are mandatory products to be phased out. In addition, some of these cleaning agents are toxic and hazardous substances, and long-term exposure will affect health and even lead to occupational diseases. As the process of phasing out ODS-like substances in China accelerates, ODS cleaning agents are under great pressure to be phased out and many companies are eager to find suitable alternatives.

IF series of environmentally friendly solvent cleaning agent is simple to use, can take immersion, rinsing, steam bath washing, rinsing, wiping cleaning, etc., especially suitable for ultrasonic cleaning process, such as a single pure solvent ultrasonic cleaning, co-solvent system ultrasonic cleaning, moisture removal dry cleaning, etc.
(1) Ultrasonic cleaning with a single pure solvent
InnoFluo series cleaning agents are environmentally friendly organic solvents mixed to form an azeotrope, can be used to clean light pollutants, medium pollutants and heavy pollutants, such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, flux, silicon oil, wax oil, polishing agent, etc..

Process description
① Warm bath immersion: the workpiece in the detergent warm bath through the ultrasonic wave to remove the attached various pollutants.
② Cold bath rinsing: the workpiece in the detergent cold bath for full cooling, to improve the effect of steam cleaning.

(2) Co-solvent system ultrasonic cleaning
For some difficult to clean moderate and heavy pollutants, you can use a co-solvent system for cleaning. This cleaning system includes two solvents: low volatility hydrocarbon or alcohol ether organic solvents, high volatility InnoFluo series cleaning agent. First, the low volatile hydrocarbon or alcoholic ether organic solvent is used to dissolve the contaminants on the surface of the parts, and then the high volatile InnoFluo cleaning agent is used for rinsing and steam cleaning, thus achieving high quality precision cleaning.

InnoFluo cleaners significantly reduce drying times and avoid water stains compared to aeration drying methods.
