In an effort to strengthen employee health management and enhance first aid capabilities, Quanzhou Yuji Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. held a Health Management and First Aid Training Seminar on March 28. The company invited medical professionals from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University to lead the session, offering valuable guidance and conducting on-site blood sugar and blood pressure tests to help employees improve their health management and emergency response skills.

The training covered two main modules: health management and first aid skills. During the health management segment, experts from the hospital’s Health Checkup Center addressed common health issues in the modern workplace. They provided in-depth explanations on the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and fatty liver disease. The experts emphasized the importance of a balanced diet, regular sleep patterns, and moderate exercise for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

In the first aid training session, professional healthcare staff used scenario simulations and hands-on practice to teach essential emergency procedures. Topics covered included emergency response for falls from heights, bleeding control, bandaging techniques, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). This interactive approach was designed to enhance employees’ practical skills and ensure that they are equipped with key first aid knowledge to improve the company’s overall emergency response capabilities.

At Yuji, we maintain a “people-oriented” approach to development and consider employee health and safety integral to the company’s long-term success. This training was mandatory for all departments, with both in-person and online participation to ensure widespread dissemination of knowledge among all employees.

Looking ahead, Yuji will continue to develop and implement a comprehensive health management system, organizing regular and diverse health-related activities. We will invite medical institutions and healthcare professionals to offer training and share their expertise, enhancing our employees’ understanding of critical medical knowledge. This ongoing commitment to employee well-being aligns with our sustainable development goals, providing a solid foundation for the company’s high-quality growth.

Through initiatives like this, Yuji reaffirms its dedication to sustainability—building a healthier workforce and fostering a culture of care and responsibility for the future.
